Dublin’s Street Pub (Las Cruces, N.M.) is a favorite local haunt of New Mexico State University students, staff and faculty. When Dublin’s reinvented a closed Bennigan’s as an independent operation, they built on the existing Irish Pub niche, while differentiating themselves as a more locally-minded destination.
